ORDER PROCESSING
JEWELRY:
We strive to ship Jewelry items within 2-3 business days once your payment is received and cleared.
If you also ordered clothing items, it can take longer.
If your clothing is ready within 6 business days of receiving your order, we will ship all items together. If the clothing takes longer, we will ship your jewelry items within 2-3 business days and your clothing order within 2-3 weeks.
We will keep you updated.
CLOTHING:
Items that are in stock - like ruanas, poncho tops, accessories (and jewelry) - ship within
3-4 business days once your payment is cleared.
Many of the garments we handcraft after receiving your order. Please, allow up to 2-3 weeks for those orders to ship. Usually we will get it out sooner. If you are in a hurry, call us directly for a rush order at 512 - 470 2553. Or contact us via the CONTACT button.
ARE RUSH ORDERS AVAILABLE?
Yes! Jewelry, accessories and some clothing items like poncho tops and ruanas can be shipped the next day. With expedited shipping (next day, 2-day). Just call us with your order directly at 512 - 470 2553 and we will process it over the phone.
Most clothing items might take a few more days. But we can and will rush them. Again: just call us at 512 - 470 2553.
METHOD OF SHIPMENT
Unless other arrangements are made, all orders are shipped via USPS priority mail. A tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address associated with your PayPal account.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Within the United States mostly $8.- for the first item, $1.- to $3.- for each additional item. Depending on weight and dollar amount of the additional item.
For international charges, please contact us BEFORE ordering.
SALES TAX
Texas residents are charged 8.25% sales tax.
Orders shipped to all other states are tax free.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
It's important to us that you love your purchase. And we hope that you are happy with it, but you can return or exchange an unworn, undamaged, odorless item in saleable condition with all tags attached within 7 days of receipt. If you want to return an item, please keep clothing item in the box - and away from perfume, smoke or other odors/smells that also linger in a closet and can be transferred to items sitting in a closet.
We do not cover the return shipping.

We will exchange the item or refund the price of the item, less shipping charges after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
To return an item, please package in a hard walled box and insure it. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

We put a lot of effort into photographing and describing all items well, so you have a really good idea about what you are ordering and that the item(s) that you receive will match what you saw online.
